
Protein Shake Recipes – Series FIVE
Today’s recipes involve a candy flare with tastes like bubble gum, butterfinger, and candy cane and three more recipes for the coffee lovers. For those with the freezer space, freeze coffee in an ice cube tray to use instead of doing ice cubes and coffee in the recipe.

Bubble Gum:
- 1/2 banana
- 1 small peach
- 1-2 small strawberries
- 6-8 blueberries
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- dash of cinnamon
- 2 scoops Vanilla protein powder
- cold water
Butterfinger
- 8 oz. skim milk
- 2 scoops Vanilla protein powder
- 2 Tbsp sugar free butterscotch pudding mix
- 1 Tbsp reduced-fat peanut butter
- 5 ice cubes
Butterscotch Mousse
8 oz. skim milk
2 scoops Vanilla protein powder
2 Tbsp. sugar free butterscotch pudding mix
5 ice cubes
Cabana Cutie Shake
- 8 ounces low fat Milk
- 2 scoops Vanilla protein powder
- 2 tsp. Jello® Sugar-Free Cheesecake Pudding Mix
- 5-6 Dole frozen pineapple chunks
- 2 tsp. frozen raspberries
Café Latte
8 oz. skim milk
2 scoops Vanilla protein powder
1 tsp. dry instant coffee powder
6 ice cubes
Cafe Con Leche Smoothie
- 1 cup milk
- 1Tbsp instant coffee
- 2 scoops Vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- Ice cubes
This smoothie can also be made with strong coffee frozen in ice cube trays. Use the frozen coffee cubes instead of ice.
Café Vienna Shake
- 3 ounces low fat Milk
- 5 ounces cold water
- 2 scoops Vanilla protein powder
- 2 Tbl. Hills Brothers Sugar Free Double Mocha Instant Cappuccino Mix
- 1/4 tsp. ground Cinnamon
- 4-6 ice cubes
Candy Cane
8 oz. skim milk
2 scoops Vanilla protein powder
1 stp strawberry extract
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
5 ice cubes
