8 oz. Diet 7-up
2 scoops Vanilla protein powder
1 cup peach slices (frozen)
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
5 ice cubes

8-12 oz. Peach Orchard Punch (WalMart)
3-4. Fresh Whole Strawberries
