This one works with spinach too. Just replace the dandelion greens.
- 2 scoops of Vanilla protein powder
- 1 bunch dandelion greens (or spinach)
- 1 lemon (peeled)
- 2 large apples, cored
- 1 banana
- 8-10 oz spring or distilled water
Directions
- Put all ingredients in the blender (banana in first, closest to blade)
- Add enough pure water so all ingredients are covered, about 10oz or so.
- You can add ANOTHER banana for creaminess (optional)
- Blend well and drink.
This one is a personal favorite of mine. I drink it a lot with some variation to it a times. Creamier version are possible but will add calories.
