Protein shake recipes for my site would not be complete without oranges and my absolute favorite breakfast flavor, peanut butter. Using natural peanut butter will reduce the sugar content found in some brands as well as the additives.

Orange Pomegranate
8 oz. orange juice
2 scoops Vanilla protein powder
4 oz. pomegranate juice
5 ice cubes
Orange Creamsicle
1 cup milk
1/2 cup mixed frozen fruit
2 scoops Vanilla protein powder
1 tsp orange extract
Orange Strawberry
2 scoops Vanilla protein powder
1 c. of Orange Juice
1/2 c. frozen strawberries
Neapolitan Protein Shake
8 oz. skim milk
2 scoops Vanilla protein powder
1 Tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp strawberry extract or 4 frozen strawberries
1 tsp. vanilla extract
5 ice cubes
Peanut Butter & Jelly
8 oz. skim milk
2 scoops Vanilla protein powder
1 Tbsp. reduced fat peanut butter
1 Tbsp. sugar free preserves or jelly
6 ice cubes
Peanut Butter Cup
2 scoops Vanilla protein powder
1 cubes of Ice
1 c. of Dark Chocolate Almond Soy Milk
1 tbsp. peanut butter
Pumpkin Spice
8 oz. skim milk
2 scoops Vanilla protein powder
1/3 cup canned pumpkin (without salt)
1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
2 ice cubes
Purple Cow
8 oz. skim milk
2 scoops Vanilla protein powder
1 Tbsp. frozen grape juice concentrate
1/2 banana
5 ice cubes
