Sports Nutrition Coaching

Changing how you eat every day on a busy schedule can be hard. Nutrition coaching will reduce the stress and develop consistent habits that will help an athlete to learn how to prepare food and eat to reach peak performance. 

An initial planning session is needed to start the process and to understand your goals for the season. Planning charts are used as a starting point to create specific eating habits to follow regardless of when a practice or game falls on a given day.

– Coaching sessions: discuss progress, concerns, Q & A (30-60 min)

If there is extra time, coaching sessions can also involve:

  • teaching of new habits to be learned
  • teaching of cooking techniques and recipes
  • guidance on any other topics related to nutrition and goal setting

Weeks 1 – 4 have 1 session per week (4 sessions) (Value: $240)

Weeks 5 – 12 have a session every 2 weeks (4 sessions) (Value: $240)

Weeks 13 – 52 have a session every 4 weeks (10 sessions) (Value: $600)

This is the critical piece – true change takes TIME.  Some people want to try a shorter time before deciding on a longer commitment. I provide these options:

1. Group Coaching

Added benefit – other athletes and families to work with for practices, games and tournaments

Minimum of 4 individuals needed.

2. Individual Coaching


– NO worrying about what others might think about what you are doing

– NO competition to be heard and get answers to questions during sessions

– Concentrated discussions about ONLY YOU

If you decide to try the 12-week program and really like it, you have the option of upgrading to a longer program by paying the difference in price only.
